For example the instructions for Chlorophyll say ďmix with liquidĒ. I drank it from the bottle.
It wouldnít be a bad idea to try the recommended dose first, and then increase your intake. Now that I know this works for me, Iím slowly decreasing my quantity so as to pin point exactly how much my body requires for bowel efficiency.
