I have fillings too, didn't I see something about not using the hydrogen peroxide though while rinsing?

Sorry for the forgetfullness, you know where I get that from! :)

I just use the salt and baking soda for tooth paste. For one reason my mouth would crack on the sides and sometimes swell up with toothpaste. The other reason is that is soooo cheap to make! Why buy $5 tubes when you can make it for pennies.
