I often buy and sometimes make sauerkraut and kimchee (kimchi) to get my good bacteria. I don't think those in the hygenics movement are big on fermented products, but they are raw. Of course, you'll always need to check to make sure they haven't been pasturized if you're buying off the shelf. Most brands have. There are some brands that aren't, though, and they're being stocked in many natural foods stores. I think Wilderness Family Naturals (online) carries some, too.
You mentioned coconut oil, so I'll put a plug in here for coconut butter. Relatively difficult to find, but REALLY yummy in smoothies, esp. when you want a little more fat! :-)
