Hi, I have been trying to quit eating junk Sugar for what seems like years now. I have been going through "stints" where I can last several weeks, but once I have it just once, I get hooked on it again where I feel it debilitating my body over time and have to stop again. Does anyone know just what Sugar does? If I quit for good, what benefits could I be expected to achieve? I have ADD and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), would this improve any of my symptoms? What are the harmful effects of sugar?
