Commonly gravy prepared with yeast is not recommended, though some say it's not same kind of yeast and thus not harmful.
Gravy prepared with corn starch aren't either recommended but then again some speak of artificial ways of making gravy, so i guess it's up to you to find out if you can take it.
I would advice not to.

I forgot to mention that if you are not sensitive to gluten you may aswell try out wholewheat pasta, buckwheat is allowed too.
