"Drink your SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) warm with a straw. You don't have to chug it if you don't want to. You can separate it in glasses and drink it that way. Or you can lick a lemon in between. Allow yourself up to 2 hours of time close to a bathroom after you drink it. The feeling to go will be urgent. Also, invest in babywipes.
Oh and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) may make you feel bloated. Try alternating every other day better the SWF and the lax tea in the morning (not both). If the SWF doesn't work, next time try adding a little more or a little less salt until you find something that hits."
