As far as diet, for the past month my diet has gone almost vegan, I've been eating soups, and alot of vegetables, and some fruits. Steering clear of most breads. No processed sugars, I've never liked cakes, candy or anything else. So my diet is seeming pretty good. Oh and I didn't have alcohol for a year but then had some about 2 months ago so not counting that it's been 16 months without alcohol. As far as age I'm 20 but have been notice alot of health probs. Such as Acne and dark circles and being tired.
