From what I have been reading, I am quickly coming to the conclusion that it is best to test one's urine before ingesting it. Perhaps mine had become so acidic that it caused the joint problems/irritability.
Does adding baking soda to buffer the urine a good idea before drinking it or does this detract from the health benefits? Does anyone know? What can one do in the case of the urine being too alkaline to drink? How can one bring down the alkalinity before ingesting?
