Decision made, I'll be flushing the liver first before trying this. After great thought, you're right on the money. As I'm trying to get the body ready to go thru a yeast killing program, should I do the cocoa butter? substitute, or given that the rash is a symptom of an overloaded and clogged liver, just stick with the pure Liver Flush and then worry about the yeast killing process? My main worry is that 1. the body needs to be in a condition to be able to battle the yeast on it's own, which you have indicated may not be the case with my liver. And 2. attempting multiple events in my body at the same time, killing regime, flushing, and battling with the depression/stress might be too many things at once going on to effectively manage anything or tell what is causing what reaction.
Can you suggest a good read on the liver that will teach me more about the connection between it, stress, Sugar levels, and general heath?
