B-vitamins doesn't feed candida so you may take B-complex in tabletform but check the contents, B-vitamin complex may also be taken with inactive brewer's yeast, brewer's yeast isn't mold that feeds candida.
Although there are some difference in active and unactive brewer's yeast, that's probably where the myth comes from.
The muscle tingling and low heart rate are symptoms of candida, the low heart rate is mostly caused by anemia (iron/b12-deficiency).

The loose stools may've been caused by wheat, rye, barley, fruitjuice, Sugar or old foods.
