Re: Small ( 1/4 ") roundish white worm or parasite?

Perrier, if they are chubby and white--and the same length you described, they still could be pinworms. My sister had them as a child, and I spotted a live one in the sheets near her when I was small- and in our clothes washer as well.

There are alot of types of threadworms also, and if it is very thin and long, then it could also be a type of thread worm.

If you are on a parasite cleanse, then it is having an effect on them so keep it up!
