Ive been taking your drink for a week, just two drinks a day with one and half tb of pickling lime. I have noticed that after exercises my muscles are less painful than before. Hoping it will remove my other aches and pains in time!
However, for the last few days Ive been having some annoying muscle tics and twitches. In my calves mainly but generally all over. I have read in several places that this is usually the result of a magnesium deficiency as calcium replaces it in the receptor sites causing the twitches, would you agree with this?
How should I cure these? Increase the epsom salt intake?
