I dont think he is trying to say that it will use up your minerals, carbs, etcc..., But instead it will 'dry out' internally.
Just as when you apply peroxide to an open wound and you see it bubble(from the flooding of oxygen supplied from the h202), and then later dries out extremely as it heals, I think it would do the same internally. Thus, I think moreless is saying that you would need the same ratio added of essential Oils, etc.. to offset the drying. You can get that from added cod liver oil, flax seed oil, or eating wild alaskan salmon and sardines.
Sorry to answer on behalf of moreless. Just throwing my 2 cents in as well.
I, myself, will be adding h202 into a cleanse when I get back from vacation at the start of Feb.
I will be doing 1 drop the first day. 2 drops day 2. 3 drops day 3. etc.... all the way up to a maximum of 20 drops per day at 20 days, and then taper off to 3 drops a day maintenance.
There is some good literature on doing this way--just make sure you take moreless's advice and monitor you progress, and back off if needed--it is supposed to be very detoxifying.
