Quick question folks.
I have been using the Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil that my wife buys--1 Teaspoon a day. It's organic too.

We also have some Regular Organic Coconut Oil that she uses for a skin moisturizer. It's about $7 as opposed to $18 a jar.

I understand that the Extra-Virgin is probably better, but at 3 times the price, I wanted to see if anyone had any insight on the Real documented differences.
If I can get pretty much the same benefit(say like 80% of the benefits--without harm), then I can triple my dosage in more of my cooking, spread on toast, etc..

Thanks in advance.
Just looking at optimizing the C.O benefits and minimize the Wallets expenditure.
