Your friend can begin with a mere *sprinkle* of
cayenne per drink. She will quickly also find
her body craving the healing effects of the
cayenne. I average 1/4th teaspoon per drink now
but surely did not start out like that. The
recipe only calls for 1/10th per drink.
Tincture, like Hopinso said is also an option.
Cayenne does encourage eliminations though most
find it tolerable so perhaps your friend will also
find this to be true as she gets a little more into it.
