Dry mouth and throat

Anyone know what would cause constant dry mouth and throat. I drink plenty of water and only water, yet my mouth always feels dry and sticky and it's and challenge to speak clearly as in my tongue makes a clicking noise sometimes from being sticky and my voice won't carry or dies out. Tweet
