Re: massage the morgellons out

Yes, we do eat plants and make elements from them. And some of them are considered high in calcium...broccoli, kale, and collards, to name a few. I used to eat them in great quantity, especially broccoli. I stopped eating them when I was following waisays.com diet. She explains why vegetables aren't good for us. I know I can't have the ones that contain something that harms the thyroid, and those are the ones that I was consuming so much of. I have read other places about the anti-nutrients in vegetables. I have to reread it often because I am so brainwashed that vegetables are very necessary to our diet. Now I try to eat only fruit, including the fruit that is considered vegetables such as cucumbers, zucchini, and peppers. Mostly I try to use peelable ones, as I do believe all fruit and vegetables, even organic, have too many things on them that aren't good. Well, I've digressed. Back to CO2. I don't really have anything to add about it, though. I don't know if taking in carbon can lead to having CO2, or if having CO2 in the body aids the bugs. Well, I just realized that we have to take in carbon, all foods contain carbon, and then the combustion of it causes CO2 to be given off, and then it has to leave the body through the lungs. Ooooh, wouldn't that be a good place for biofilm to find a home? There are ways to eat less carbon, though, and Jensen even says that it's not good to overeat carbon. And that it's important to have enough of the other cell salts in the meantime.

I still have to go look up nitrogen.
