tales from the oil field - the dentist visit
thats where i was yesterday and why i went to bed early last night.
i really like my dentist. he freed me from mercury. what can i say. the folks in his office are alternative in nature and so is he. he has been doing a lot of deep sweating to detox lately. what a wonderful idea.
the hygeinist, marsha, is good. we conversed about oils and she told a tale worth repeating:
back in the day when they were just getting started and fell on some hard times, her dad came over with a bunch of ducks and a 50lb sack of corn. i guess they were supposed to eat the ducks or something. well, time went on and the sack of feed was gone. there was no money to buy more feed but they did have kix cereal, which they offered to the ducks since it is made of corn. after about three days of this, they saw the ducks at the pond going in the water and sinking! drowning ducks!!!! they would pull themselves out of the water and their feathers were dripping wet.
they robbed the kids piggy banks and searched the couch and chairs for change and bought some more corn. after about three days of the whole corn, the ducks were once again swimming, their feathers as dry as a bone. the fractionated and extruded corn in the checks had no oil in it. all corn cereal is basically waste product from getting the corn oil out of it. once the whole grain was re-introduced into their diet, the ducks were able to keep their feathers oiled and stay on top of their game once again.
now for my visit. i am glad i got this cleaning for i had a lot of stain from my coffee. marsha used an ultrasonic cleaner and to good effect. my teeth are a lot cleaner. i always use olive oil in my pulls(mixed) and i think i get some color from that as well. i really dont care that much what my teeth look like, but this seems to be a big deal for most.
the big benefits i saw this time:
much less sensitivity, especially using that ultrasound. my teeth are solid and my bite is good. if you had as much plastic in your mouth as i do, you would know how good this is. the enamal is much stronger and much less brittle. the roots are solid. also, a cavity that was quite sensitive last time(i refuse fillings now) was on the front of the tooth and very visible along the gum line and black. it hurt like hell when they poked around on it last time(i think they teach that to get you to fill it. he is a dentist - i never forget that). this time, no pain and the ultrasound cleaned all the black off. one cavity remineralized! for those with questions on this, dont ask me. i wore some of MH's tooth powder on it over night off and on, but i was not consistent. i did quit using honey in my coffee, which is the best thing i did. and i recently hit that spot with a drop of atomadine a couple of times. thats it. and all that pulling i have done. it looked like a really rotted tooth before i went in and i came out with a clean tooth. thats all i know.
as for the cleanliness of my teeth, ie hard tartar, there wasnt much, just the stains. the little she did get, i think was left over from the last cleaning. she did not do much(marsha was gone that day) and i think she did a poor job overall. i did not see her in the office yesterday. maybe for good reason.
so the clock starts again and i am excited. i asked about cleaning up some old work in my mouth and its going to cost another fortune. i must get that gold tooth out. i can almost feel the impediment it creates. there is even noticably more white in my sideburns on that side than on the other. ones health will never be perfect with metal in the mouth. take that to the bank(for a loan) or the early grave, whichever you prefer.
