Good Job! I am also fasting, but I am drinking juice in the morning and veg broth in the evenings. I am on day 9 now, I have experianced a lot of pain in my calves, hips and shoulders. On day 5, 6 and 7 I was extremely tired and I slept most of day 7 away. I think that it is really important to fast for healing, both the body and the mind. I do a lot of visualiztions to help severe the old thinking habits that lead me to over eating. Example: habitual thought " eating is gratifying" I visualize me writing down the thought and then cutting it up and throwing it away, then I replace that thought with something like, "good health serves me well" I am sure you get the picture. I encourage you not to be too focused on the weight loss, but mostly on the healing. I think it will better serve you in the long run. If you do not eat you will loose weight, and it does fell great, think of it as a part of the healing process. From what I have heard, most people that start a fast with weight loss as their goal gain it back. It is almost like having to make up for lost meals. lol I started at 172lbs and am down to 153lbs... just an extra bonus of the healing process, and it feels great.
