I know my sleep is much more easily influenced when fasting. Garbage in makes bad dreams and such. I stick with positive books, movies, what have you. Pray more, read my bible more, meditate. Sleep more. Take luxurious saline baths. Saline and coffee enemas. Tea tree oil masques for my face. Buff my nails. Yoga. Walks. Catch up with friends. and I watch cooking shows on tv too. Doesn't make me eat. Makes me think about food I value, food that I shouldn't value, quality vs. quantity. FASTING reminds me that life is too short not to do pleasing things, for myself and others.
