Oral chelation is not easy and can have uncomfortable cleansing side affects not to mention I don't think it will solve your weight problem. Cleaning up your arteries - yes, but not your weight, and the excess weight is definately putting pressure on your heart and will no doubt encourage high blood pressure even if it may not be the prime cause. After a long slog of oral chelation your body will be able to cope better with digestion and nutrients but I don't think it in itself is going to lose the weight off you.

The hardest thing with any program is maintaining discipline during times of temptation, and those times are detrimental barriers to overcome. So its essential to follow exactly the right program so you have enough faith during to complete it. I woudn't recommend oral chelation. And its probably going to sound like a blow because you have probably tried every diet under the sun but Im going to reemphasise the importance of a controlled diet, exercise and psychological training program to help you overcome your temptations as to why you are still overweight and why you became overweight in the first place.

- consider seeing a naturopath to help work out a customized diet for you.
- consider buying a £10 blood test done to determine your blood type. Knowing your blood type is useful because certain foods encourage weight gain or weight loss for certain blood types - look into eat right for your type.
- consider seeing an indian ayurvedic practitioner as they can tell you your dosha and that will also help to determine which foods encourage weight gain and weight loss
- Consider researching Anthony Robbins for psychological support.
- Consider a homemade vegetarian (dairy free) soup diet for a month, including supplementing flaxseed oil, nuts seeds, 4-5 pints of RO / distilled / micro filtered or gac filtered water a day, any multiminerals supplements and/or chlorophyl supplements
absolutely no bread, sweetcorn, potatoes, swede, squash, pumpkin because any heavy carbs will be stored and turned into fat.
- consider long walks a day - starting with 20 mins - 40 mins, 60 mins etc
- consider using cinnamon powder or stevia as an alternative to Sugar cravings
- consider using psyllium powder to help fill you up if you never crave the full sensation of food
- consider doing a colonic cleanse for a week - this will kill any candida, bacteria overgrowth that may encourage a large apetite
- consider deep breathing exercises - 10 minutes a day to help oxygen into your body
- consider buying an ozonator to ozonate water for 5 minutes - helps oxygen into your body
- consider swimming if other exercises are too stressfull
