Re: Systemic candida and the low body temperature connection.
"Its all very simple, heal the gut, then no undigested particles get into your blood, then your immune system doesnt need to act because everything gets digested within your intestine, exactly where it is supposed to in the first place. This is where colostrum comes in to play as it is effective at repairing damaged intestinal tissue."
I do not understand something...if food needs to get to the intestines to cause an auto-immune reaction (allergy)...then why is it, if I eat say an apple or an almond, I get the allergic response within 1 minute (scratchy throat, swollen lips etc)? where it should only be in the stomach etc...and why do some people have peanut allergies just from the smell if they are NOT ingesting it, does LGS still pertain to that?
one theory I have is that LGS leads to allergies that can be triggered regardless of ingestion or location of food at time of allergic reaction (ie still in the esophagus or in the stomach, or even just the mouth for that matter)
