Day 3 -181 (down 4)

Last night was rough. I made a pot of tea, took a hot bath in the last of some lovely scented bath salts I had. I couldn't get warm. Tea tree oil masque. Went to bed at 7pm. Worn out!
I slept until the dogs woke me at 1:40am, but I fell back asleep pretty easily.
Did NOT want to get out of bed this morning. Down another pound today. Didn't really expect to be. I will be really happy when I get under the 180s. My face has dry patches of skin, and little tiny whitehead blemishes scattered about. Whatever.
