First, let me thank everyone who posts on this forum - I have learned so much from all of you who take the time to help others by giving out such great, detailed info. I've been doing the Body Ecology Diet for the last three weeks and for the last four days I've been feeling so terrible. I know some people say that you should try to avoid die off but I'm not sure how to do it. Should I be eating more grains - would that help? I haven't been having grains every day - only a couple of times a week. Thanks for any help you can give me.
