Thank you for your response. However, can you kindly review and consider answering the question I asked:

Should foods that are high in phosphorous and sulfate be avoided ?


In other words, if someone is trying to alkalize, then shouldn't they avoid phosphorous and sulfur, because these two are acidifying minerals ?
