Just checked my Robn Hood flour for something bromide-like.
The ingredients listed are:
Whole Wheat Flour
Amylase
Ascorbic Acid
Azodicarbonamide

Anyone know what azodicarbonamide is? Wikipedia lists it a "flour improver" but doesn't say what the improvement is.
