they are the tinctures sold at sensiblehealth.com . they are expensive. it's not necessary to use these prior to flushing but the do help with stimulating bile flow. i used all 4 tinctures to prepare for my 1st Liver-Flush and i still didnt pass any stones until the 4th flush. now i use them to relieve stuck stones.
