I posted 7 days ago stating that was Day 1...well I had a bad weekend and started over. Tuesday was Day one and since starting I have lost 8 pounds! Today is really hard though, I know from experience that if I make it through day 5 I'll be fine but its so hard getting there! Although, everytime I feel the need to binge eat and give in to the cravings, I read the posts on here and get all my motivation back! Thanks everyone for posting and keeping all of us inspired! I need it, I have a long road ahead of me!!
