well IMO , wheat being the worst offender followed by all the other gluten grains, since you already are going gluten free ( oats and rice), food combining could be the answer. Have your grains alone or at the very end of the meal and do not add sugary foods such as raisins b/c they will ferment in the gut. I mix them freely with fats.I find oatmeal is very nice and satisfying with some raw organic butter and a pinch of salt. Look at the "Sequential Eating" chart on Dr. Bass website and try to follow it as strictly as possible.You shoul mix as little as possible and when you do choose foods with similar digestion time. This method is very simple and can help to solve a lot of problems and find yr own balanced diet. Good Luck. And thanks for providing the very interesting info.
