I believe you as me have a rare strain of fungal invasion, it's not the same lethal invasion as in immunocompromised people but a similar one that came when the GI tract's defense system were depressed by something.

What you'll have to do is to appoint a check of possible fungemia diseases, find the most fungus-sane doctor and explain your situation since it's the most vital thing to do.

On the sidenote.
Eye-floaters are fun once you whisk them in your eyeballs, to me it's like pokemon... Okey enough jokes hope you'll find a blessing staind.
