Hey Mr. :),

I don't remember if I posted this for you or not, but I get great sleep when I just take 2 Tablespoons of oil before bedtime.

I love it as I toss and turn otherwise. Even if I miss a dose I don't sleep well.

Just a thought and another way to get those good oils into your system.

PS, I feel guilty but one day I slept in until 10am, hee hee. Felt great!

Another benefit is I feel more peaceful throughout the day. Working with kids, it is a real blessing not to be pulling my hair out every day.
