I'll try to explain it shortly, some antifungals kills even microbial bacteries like Lactococcus Acidophilus and flubacterias so they are therefore antibiotical too which means that an antifungal can even be antibiotical of its microbial effects, like olive leaf extract for an example.
Same goes for Antibiotics , if they have antifungal properties too they can also be called antifungals.

The simplest way to get diagnosis is to search after an competent doctor who can recognise these small pranksters and give them some spanking, the mission is to ask through hospitals for these doctors.
