1.) Ironmans galore yes. (Hawaii 95 and 1 Ultraman).
2.) Didn't SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this time. Developed a slight fear of it because it makes me nauseous. Maybe I'll try Somer's better SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) before I wrap up.
3.) Didn't use organic lemons either. Mostly for convenience and partly financial reasons.
Weight Loss: Down about 17 pounds to date on this cleanse. I lose fast. 236.5 to 219.5 this a.m. But I need to find a way to keep the weight off. Ideal weight range for me is 180 to 195. Used Ironmans (many) to lose weight but regain after season/training. Never real "serious" about diet because I lose fast and through exercise.
In 95 competed at 195. Have competed as high as 232. Average year round weight = 225. Hence typically overwight by 30 - 40 pounds.
