I broke out some also. made me feel like a teenager again. happy to say that at day 15 of the cleanse I am now acne free again. My son is having a terrible acne problem and I plan to put the entire family on the cleanse with hopes that this will help him some. It's a much better alternative to the meds the docs want to give him, which first off make you shed an entire layer of skin.
