No, it doesn't...however, I'm not well-versed in juice fasting, and I believe that even Jack LaLanne IS into it...and he's very healthy and elderly!

So, perhaps you could check into what he does.

You don't enter ketosis, but from what I hear, you DO get enough calories and nutrition to sustain you.

Research it first, I don't have enough knowledge on it.
