oil pulling with bentonite??

Any thoughts on pulling with bentonite? Before I bought sunflower oil, I tried the bentonite. I've done it with both now and I gotta say they are both pretty bad tasting. They both swell up and ooze out of my mouth because a tablespoon is way too much for my small mouth cavity. My gums swelled up with the Bentonite and the next day I did the oil and my gums went back to normal. Couldn't say I noticed any other differences.
