Re: Anyone use the Bradley Method of husband coached natural birth?

Hi there!
I am not sure if I could say that I had a complete "Bradley Method" birth, but I researched it, read the book and tried to teach my husband to be my best coach. (which was hard, because throughout the entire pregnancy he did not seem very involved.)
I had a natrual birth at a hospital, where my husband was by my side the entire time and he did coach me through the entire experience very well. I must say that all together I was very pleased with my birthing experience. It is wonderful!
One of my co-workers took a Bradley Method birthing class and he said it really helped him and his wife (they had 2 home births).
