First Timer's Experience!

Hello all,

I was in the shower this morning and there was a little container of coconut oil looking back at me..and I swear I heard it say...'pull me, pull me'... lol

I did...not much and for maybe 8 minutes. But SOMETHING is different about me today - the Depression cloud is MUCH SMALLER today. And the only things different I did was OP!

I just wanted to say thanks for everyone posing stuff...it gives us confidence and hope. I will try again in the morning.
