Did you do a parasite cleanse 1st? Also, in the book he says to NEVER take an enema. He says that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is a natural way to "bathe" the inside of our bodies. As just like the outer part of us needs a bath so does the inner. However enemas are not natural. Best of luck :)
