What is your opinion on people who say if you have a dysbiosis any probiotics you take will just be food for the bad bacteria? There doesn't seem to be much concensus on probiotics which is annoying. I've read to take probiotics to help heal leaky gut. I've also read that taking them will be bad if you have leaky gut. Some people say probiotics will implant in your gut(usually they are selling probiotics) and some say probiotics created in a lab have lost their ability to colonize permanently and are transient and are a poor substitute for the normal flora which has hundreds of different types of bacteria. Kinda annoying. :)
