Help! Day 7 (I'll post my first week findings once I'm over this mini crisis) and I've woken up retaining water like nobody's business :)
I can't recall, but I thought I saw a post that the correct antecdote for water retention was to drink more salt+water? The only reason I ask is that I ate a ton of salt yesterday, did all my supplements but didn't drink my salty water (out camping).
Not sure what to do at the moment so I'm going to hold tight until one of you 'elders of the tribe' advise as to what next :) Many thanks in advance for all your energy and help!
