I also never had Acne before this device. Only the occasional pimple, with the Mirena my face looked like a warzone. My skin color was so grayish also. I had no sex drive, I couldnt loose weight even though I was trying, hair started falling out, depression. It was crazy !!

How long have you had it ?? I would like to say you still have time to regulate your body since your wedding isnt until August. But some women dont return to a normal cycle for 6 months after removal ! I had mine removed on 2/9 after having it for 1 yr. I bled for 11 days after removal and then didnt get AF until 43 days post removal. The next cycle was 26 days, I know I just ovualated this week so I should be running on a 26-28 day cycle again.
