Four years ago I nearly died. I couldn't turn my head. I was wheezing with every breath. My skin was turning yellow. My abdomen was swollen and wearing anything around my waist was unbearable. I wasn't hungry and barely ate anything, but I was gaining weight. The arthritis in my shoulders was so bad I couldn't lift my arms to put on a T-Shirt. I had to wear blouses with buttons. Something was stinging my esophagus and waking me up. I was sleep deprived. It felt like I had a red ant living in my chest, that didn't want me to sleep. It would sting me over and over and over all night long. The stinging caused me to cough. The warts and moles on my body were itching like crazy contantly, non-stop. My spine was frozen and I had to turn my whole body to look behind me. I had a bad case of acne that was getting worse. I couldn't teach yoga any more and I could barely drive.
I am teaching yoga again and sleeping well. No more wheezing. Parasite cleansing, liver cleansing, kidney cleansing, getting rid of gall stones, and supplementing with enzymes, probiotics, omega threes and fiber pretty much eliminated all my symptoms. I am 51. I feel better than I did when I was 35 years old, and ooooooogles better than I felt when I was 40. Sometimes I feel better than I did when I was a teenager. I had a lot of athsma, bloating, bladder infections and itchy skin back then.
The rule of thumb is that it takes one month of cleansing for every year that you have suffered from a chronic disease, in order to get it out of your system. And if you go back to leading the same kind of lifestyle that caused you to get the disease in the first place, it will just come right back. In other words, in order to get better and stay better, you have to make permanent changes. Parasites eggs are ubiquitous. They are everywhere. They are in the water we drink, the food we eat, the air we breath, on our pets, the kids catch them at school. There is no way to avoid them.
Read Parasite Rex to get a cleared understanding of what you are up against. They are little biological machines that are designed by nature to compost other living things. And they are very good at their job. If you do not want to be turned into compost, you have to diligently protect and defend your body against them.
Most people get their first prescription for anti-biotics as a baby. They started giving me allergy shots when I was 5, because I was allergic to cats. Viruses clone themselves into human DNA and you inherit them. You are born with them. So most of us have had some kind of parasite all our lives. Since I'm 51, I will be going after them hard and heavy for 51 months, and if they seem to be gone, I will still do routine maintenence to make sure they aren't trying to come back.
The more I cleanse, the more convinced I am that herbs are not toxic, people are.
If your system is clean, your body will utilize herbs that kill parasites, like the super nutrition created by God that it is.
My definition of "parasite" is a broad one. Anything living in my body or my energy field to the detriment of my health and well being, is a parasite, including friends sleeping on the couch and eating my food without contributing something valuable for the privilege of being there. Staying free from parasites is a life long endeavor.
There won't be any miraculous and complete cures unless Jesus comes back and cleanses the earth, or we all ascend to another world. This planet is hosting too many entities that are programmed to eliminate other living things, even if it means self-destruction. Human beings are heterotrophs. Heterotrophs consume other living things in order to survive. That which kills, also dies.
If I were going to start somewhere, I'd start with a drop of LugolsIodine in a quart of water, morning and evening. If that didn't kill me, I'd put two in the next day and slowly increase. I don't know what parasites you are hosting, or I'd recommend specific herbs to go after them. To make sure my body has what it needs to function optimally, I'd increase my fiber, take probiotics, omega threes, and enzymes. I'd eat nothing but raw live foods in the summer, and add some cooked vegetables in the winter. If you are toxic, i.e. you start feeling horrible, you will need to add colonics, gall bladder flushes and kidney cleansing to your regimen.
If this seems overwhelming, do one thing at a time until it becomes a habit, and then add another thing. I can't tell you where to start unless I know more about your condition. I am leaving town on Wednesday and won't be back until the 9th. I'm sure many others can recommend products. Anything that has Green Black-Walnut Hulls, Wormwood and Cloves in it, is worth a try. Lately, I've been buying Wormwood as a bulk herb, grinding it in my coffee grinder, putting it in double 0 caps and taking it all by itself. It is working very well. Start with a very tiny amount of anything you try, and slowly increase until you are experiencing die off so bad you can't stand it. Reduce the dose until you can stand it, and stay on it for about ten days. Take a break for five days and do it again. Do ten rounds of this and you will feel much, much better. I hope you are sharing your results when I return. Good luck.
PS Don't ever stop cleansing, or they will come back. They are everywhere waiting for an opportunity to recolonize. If you think they are becoming resistant, change products. There are thousands of herbs that fight parasites. Resistance decreases if you stop using a product. You can take it agiain later, and it will eliminate them again. Pray for them. Pray for them to find the loving home they need to serve the highest good of all concerned.
