Personally I would say YES get attuned at least to level one and two Reiki...Preferably all three levels of the so-called Reiki as it is commonly referred to...Not only does this Initiate an internal Cleansing and healing of the physical body, but you also have the wherewithal to give your self a healing as well as friends and pets and plants...and even this Reiki Attunement and/or Healings can be Sent via Remote or Distance--as in Energy work there is no space and time per se...
