Given that you're having tension issues, perhaps you should look into magnesium deficiency?
You can take Epsom Salt for this, to help release the tension (and let out any stones, if that's what's bothering you...), or you can take a calcium-magnesium (or magnesium-only) drink. I remember a magnesium drink called "Natural Calm" that I used to drink awhile back. Forget where I got it... Or you can take capsules...
If you aren't supplementing magnesium yet, I suggest you do it and see if it helps. Any magnesium supplementation seems to work (oxide, citrate, sulfate, gluconate...) -- for tension, for heart-related issues, for menstrual cramps...
