Yes, I read about that too. Since I don't have a bathtub etc, I thought I'd just try eating the Epsom Salt first for a while. I'd still like to try the bathwater idea, but I'd have to rig up something. I'm thinking of dripping warm water on my knees while sitting on something in the shower, with Epsom Salt or something at the top of the knees to run down slowly. My shins are mainly where the edema occurs, plus a little at the ankles. I might just try getting a container of hot water with Epsom Salt and use a washcloth to rub it on the legs. I'd like to try sweating too by running in heavy clothes.
