Some more precise thoughts:

Very difficult to reduce to nil, especially over such considerable areas. Laser can work if your hormones are spot on, but if they're not, the hair just come back. Waxing, plucking, epilating, threading etc. end up making things worse unless your hormones are in the normal female range. Chemical depilatories strong enough to remove coarse hair will damage skin in the long term. Electrolysis on that scale is impracticable and impossibly expensive. Nor can it guarantee permanent results with hormonally-stimulated growth.

Best to settle for a men's-style electric razor for the face and let most of the rest grow -- or at least that's what I do and dh is quite happy with that.

Most PCOS sufferers can get pregnant after treatment.

It's not really possible to change basic body shape, though hormone treatment can lead to a bit of fat deposition.

Once it's grown, it's grown and won't shrink. But almost everyone reckons the larger the better. It's a bonus, not a problem.

These can't really be changed all that much, though estrogen might tend to replace muscle with fat.

Almost certainly caused by testosterone.

Make sure you're tested for levels of FREE testosterone. Your total testosterone levels are almost irrelevant, it's the amount of FREE testosterone that changes your body in a masculine direction.

Remember that everyone, male and female, starts off with a female-type body. Once testosterone changes it in a male direction, most changes can't be fully reversed and many can't be reversed at all.

Basic body structure, deepened voice, enlarged clitoris are there to stay.

What can be changed is fat deposition which includes breast development.
