Okay, I started using Iodine about a week ago with one drop in morning and one drop in afternoon. Was feeling great. This morning I took two drops and felt fine. Now at 2:00 I'm feeling pretty hot to the point of mild sweating but still feeling fine. I live in Houston where the humidity has been high the last week so I don't know if that's working against me. Should I continue with 2 drops in morning to get acclammted or take it back down to one and still take one drop in afternoon?
