Body odor is the result of an imbalance somewhere in the body. Your body may not be able to metabolize eggs, fish and legumes. Other possible sources or eating a lot of meat, onions, garlic, coffee, certain spices and alcohol. Fried foods or baked goods that have unhealthy ois can contribute to B O too. You may have to cut out foods that could be contributors and see if it helps.
Yes, you would benefit from a body cleanse. I would stick with it for 3 months and eat as healthy as you possibly can. A really effective cleanse will help to cleanse the colon and get toxins out of the body. Give our body a chance to rebalance itself and you should see results.
There is a product on the market but called Botisol but I have not heard of anyone having sucess with it. They don't have a list of ingredients on their site so I cannot comment on it.
I believe that you will have better results if you find the cause and elminate or treat the culprit. Detoxify, change your diet, exercise and drink plenty of water. You may be thinking that you are eating good and you do execise and so on....but something is not right. Either it's certain foods or toxins that have built up so give the cleansing a try and eat a strick diet and see if it helps.
You may also have Candida overgrowth. When over grown, Candida will produce toxins and cause a variety of conditions and symptoms that you may not typcally associate with an imbalance. Candida flourises in diets high in carbohydrates, cheeses, breads...your typical American diet that is high in fats and carbs and low in nutrition. You must starve Candida to get it under control so again cut out the foods it feeds on and rebalance your body.
Eat raw as much as possible- salads are best. Organic chicken and fish are best. If you eat red meat, buy organic grass feed beef. -cut these out if you suspect they are contribtors.
