First a bit about my odor. It doesn't smell very strong, but it makes people cough. It numbs the sense of smell too.
I tried eating fruits only, and I noticed that mango in particular made my sense of smell improve a lot (so I assume it does *something* better). However... I would start to smell like poo, very strong. Then, a bowel movement got rid of the poo smell, but then the coughing odor would come back straight away! I was eating watermelon, grapes, and a bit of mango most days. I know this is graphic, but it seems like the "fruit poo" in my colon was blocking the coughing odor coming from inside.... weird... frustrating.
Did you notice this at all? I don't think I went for a week on fruits alone so maybe I should try. I think I have candida so maybe I have more causes of odor than you do. I might try a diet of reduced/zero carbs (for candida), with lots of mangoes.
Anyway, thanks! If it doesn't help me, it might help others. I thought mangoes seemed to work better in some way than other fruits for me, so others take note.
